I am honestly impressed at what a difference using this yoga towel makes.  I  have been having trouble with my hands and feet slipping while doing yoga the summer. I tried yoga socks and that helped my feet stay in place but my sweaty hands still slipped making my poses incorrect, not to mention it is dangerous to do the correct pose properly.

I Like that this fits on my yoga mat perfectly, covering every part of it. I also really like the purple color.  I also appreciate that this is eco-friendly. I do wash it in my washing machine and also dry it. I do not use any fabric softener thought to ensure that this  towel keeps it's anti-slip property.
This towel does come with a canvas bag which is nice and durable.  I do wish the bag was a little wider so I put my mat, this towel, and my water bottle in it.

Overall I think this is a great towel and a great yoga accessory. It really does not slip on the my yoga and my hands and feet stay where I plant them when using this. In fact I have used this every morning since I received it.  I highly recommend this to anyone who practices yoga.
